The apartment is composed as follows:

1. As soon as you enter you will find, on the left, the master bedroom
2. Immediately following a small bedroom/study with attached bathroom
3. This leads to the kitchen area, where you will find a stove, electric oven, refrigerator and all the necessary dishes.

The apartment has an interior exposure and has 2 large windows that let in light.
The courtyard is very quiet and unobtrusive.

Se desidera avere un parcheggio privato abbiamo una convenzione con un’area sosta privata a 150 mt. dalla struttura.
Il parcheggio è privato e non custodito nel senso che è possibile entrare solo tramite il telecomando che ha già in dotazione ma non c’è una persona che sorveglia le auto h 24/24 e gg 7/7.

Il costo dell’area sosta è di 5 euro/gg per auto.
